First Course- Starter

Wild Mushroom Strudel -Wild Mushrooms sautéed with onions, garlic and fresh herbs, wrapped in a flaky pastry with a tuft of balsamic dressed greens and Grain mustard sauce
Smoked Salmon Ravioli - House cured and smoked Salmon tossed with sautéed aromatics then wrapped into ravioli, served on Fennel vinaigrette dressed greens and lemon caper butter sauce

Second Course- Entree


Coffee and Brown Ale Braised Short Rib - Our Boobie Brown Ale and Coffee Braised beef short rib, Rogue Creamery Smokey Blue Cheese Mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and savory pan gravy

Chicken Saltimbocca
